Sharpe Houseboats uses extruded aluminum bracing in your hull to insure the best stability on the water. The extruded aluminum provides the customer with the best foundation to start the construction. 

Once the interior bracing is added and every seam is welded on the inside, the hull is flipped over and every seam is welded on the outside.  The inside/outside welding  insures strength.
